even after filling in everything correctly, the taxes dont show in my woocommerce shop

This set up is dumb. People need honest shipping rates and flat rate isnt that. My shop needs the ability to set the live rates of each individual product. Because i have my dropshipping products setup as free shipping (which is dumb also because there is no such thing as free shipping. The correct way to say it is, siiitp. Shipping Is Included In The Price. Or something of the sort but there isnt anybody in the world that will ship anybodies products for free except for amazon.) But I may be dumb myself because im having a problem figuring out my different product setups. Most of my products are dropshipping products and i include the shipping price and call it free shipping. But i have other products that i make myself that require shipping and i dont want flat rate. I want an honest shipping rate for all of my customers and the ability to adjust the shipping method at the edit menu of each product. That makes it a whole lot more simple. I have the usps live rate plug in. I just need to be able to separate the methods. And my methods dont light up to allow me to click on them like it shows in your video here. Why is that?

When i use [fee percent="15" min_fee="10"] this type of method, i get an error at the cart says "there has been a critical error on your website" Ive spell checked and everything, copy pasted from your offical website to see if im typing wrong. Ive been looking for any slution but no. It won't work for me.

the problem with this, is that for the free shipping over a certain amount, it just creates radio buttons and people then need to actually select the free shipping option as opposed to free shipping simply replacing the flat rate. How can you set up woocommerce to just automatically switch to free shipping over a certain amount? This seems like a bug to me...
